Everything you might be wondering.

My coaching is a calm, spacious place where you can finally slow down and hear yourself think - with enough gentle challenge to stretch you and enough humour to remind you that growth doesn’t have to feel heavy. I bring a grounded, down-to-earth style that helps you explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we will quieten the noise, and look honestly at what’s waiting to emerge.
-
Absolutely. What you share with me is treated with care and confidentiality. I follow professional ethical and safeguarding guidelines, so the only exception would be if I was seriously concerned about your safety or someone else’s.

We’ll find a time together that feels right and works for us both. You can also choose a time that suits you using the online booking system here on the website, whether that’s for your discovery call or your ongoing sessions.
-
Most coaching sessions take place online, so we can work together wherever you are. You can join from a space where you feel most comfortable and at ease, without the need to travel.

Therapy often gives you space to explore and heal from things that have happened in the past. Coaching starts with where you are today and where you’d like to go from here. Together, we’ll explore what matters to you, what might be getting in the way, and the steps that can help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
And if I ever feel that another kind of support would be better for you, I’ll always be open and honest about that.

No, it’s not. In fact, it could mean that life coaching is exactly what you need.
As a coach, my first focus is on helping my clients have deep clarity about their goals, fears, limiting beliefs, motivations, and desires. From there, we create a strategic plan to achieve these goals as effectively as possible, and follow through on this plan with my extensive support and accountability.
I use a range of techniques, including psychometric assessments to help my clients understand their strengths as well as for me to understand how to support them in the most effective way.

Not at all. The discovery call is completely free, with no pressure and no obligation to continue.
It’s simply a chance for us to talk, explore what you’d like to change or achieve, and see whether we feel we’d work well together.
If we both feel it’s a good fit, we’ll agree the best way forward. From there, our regular sessions will give you the space to get clear, make decisions, take purposeful action and stay accountable for the progress you want to make.
From day one, our work is built on trust, honesty and a shared focus on moving you forward.
-
That’s exactly what the free discovery call is for. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we can get to know each other a little.
We will talk about what’s bringing you to coaching and see whether working together feels like the right fit for you.
And if your question isn’t here, just ask - there’s no such thing as a silly question.

The first step is the hardest, and it can be as simple as a message.
