When you know something needs to change, but you're not quite sure what.
coaching to help you find clarity, direction and your next step.
How can coaching help you?
If you’ve ever…
Wondered, “Is this really where I want to be in my life?”
Felt as though you’re going through the motions — things might be ok, but something feels missing.
Known that you want more for yourself, but haven’t quite been able to work out what that looks like or how to get there.
Had dreams or ambitions that have somehow been pushed to one side as life has taken over.
Felt ready for something to change, even if you’re not completely sure what that change needs to be yet.
Then coaching could give you the space to explore what you really want, reconnect with what matters to you, and start finding a way forward that feels genuinely yours.
You don’t need to have all the answers before you begin. We can work that out together.
Building Possibility Together
Most of us actually know what needs to be done.
But knowing and doing are two very different things.
Self-doubt can creep in. We question whether we’re capable enough, ready enough, or whether we’ll get it right. We worry about failing, making the wrong choice, or what other people might think.
And before we know it, we’re stuck — thinking, overthinking and putting things off.
You don’t need to wait until the fear disappears or until you feel completely ready.
Sometimes, you just need the right support to take that first step — and then the next one.
That’s where coaching can help.
There is a way forward.
You can build a life that feels successful, meaningful and genuinely right for you.
With coaching, you can…
Get clear on what you really want
Understand what’s holding you back
Build confidence and take action
Stay focused and keep moving forward
Step outside your comfort zone and start creating the change you want.

A space to slow things down. To say things out loud that you might not have said anywhere else. To work out what's really going on rather than just dealing with the next thing on the list. I'll listen, I'll ask questions, and I'll help you look at things from a different angle.
And if I think something doesn't quite add up, I'll tell you.
Not because I have the answer - I don't - and certainly not because I'm there to tell you how to live your life. But because sometimes an honest outside perspective is useful. Especially when you've been going round the same thought month after month, year after year.
My coaching is rooted in the ICF (International Coaching Federation) core competencies, after following training with one of the UK's leading coach training providers. But qualifications are only one part of what I bring.
I bring a fair bit of life experience, curiosity, a calm head and a genuine interest in people. I also don't take myself too seriously. Some of the things we talk about in coaching can be difficult, but I don't think every conversation needs to feel like a therapy session in a room with very serious lighting.
So if you're feeling stuck, lost, overwhelmed or simply unsure about what comes next, you don't need to arrive with a neatly packaged problem.
You might just know that something isn't quite right. That's enough.
You don't have to know where you're going before you start.
Sometimes you just need the space to work out where you are.
a quick hello from me
I am Chris, originally from Bristol, but can now be found somewhere in London/Kent. My life is pretty ordinary, really. I enjoy getting out for a walk, going for a run, playing football when I can, travelling whenever I can and spending time with family and friends. I'm on my own fitness journey too, so I'm familiar with the fact that knowing what you should be doing and actually doing it are sometimes two very different things! Oh, and I really want to own a dog…
For more than twenty years, I worked in education, eventually becoming a senior leader in a busy inner-London primary school. It was a career I cared deeply about, and one that taught me a lot about people - about pressure, relationships, change, difficult decisions and the many things we can find ourselves carrying while getting on with life.
But over the years, I became increasingly interested in what happens beyond the roles we play and the responsibilities we take on.
Because I've always been interested in people. What makes us tick. Why we sometimes get stuck. Why we can know something needs to change, yet somehow manage to find a hundred reasons not to change it. And why, even when life looks pretty good from the outside, we can still find ourselves wondering what happened to the person we thought we'd become.
I've experienced some of that myself.
I've known that pressure, competing responsibilities and the feeling that there is always something else that needs doing. I've questioned whether the path I was on was still the right one, wondered what might come next, and had to ask myself some fairly uncomfortable questions along the way.
I don't think any of us ever completely figure life out. We're all works in progress — some days more obviously than others.
And that's probably why coaching feels like such a natural fit for me.
I believe we often know more than we give ourselves credit for. The problem is that it's surprisingly difficult to hear yourself think when life is full of work, family, expectations, other people's opinions, responsibilities and the general noise of being an adult.
Sometimes you just need someone to sit with you in the mess of it for a while.
That's what I try to provide.
